Fusos

Meet across time zones.

Add where everyone is and when they work. Fusos shows the times that work for all of them, even when clocks change, and writes the text for your email.

The Fusos planner: three clock changes on a timeline, and a board showing New York, São Paulo and Paris work hours with a 10 to 11 AM New York meeting proposed.
A weekly meeting for New York, São Paulo and Paris. Three clock changes in a year; Fusos gives each stretch its own board.

Clocks don't all change on the same day.

The US changes clocks two weeks before Europe. Chile and Brazil move the other way, or not at all. Arizona never does. A weekly meeting that works in January can land at dinner time in March.

Fusos checks every meeting date. When someone's clocks change, you see the new local times before anyone has to ask.

  • One board per stretch between clock changes, including the awkward weeks when one country has changed and another hasn't.
  • Uses the official time zone database in your browser, date by date. Never fixed offsets.
  • Shows exactly whose working hours a time falls outside, and by how much.

Text ready for your email.

Pick a time and Fusos writes it out for everyone, in their own local time, with a flag for each place. Add a colour picture of everyone's day, and paste it straight into Gmail or Outlook.

In English, French, Spanish or Portuguese.

The email text Fusos writes: a recurring Tuesday and Thursday meeting, with local times for New York, Paris and São Paulo before and after each clock change, and a colour visual for winter time, the awkward period and summer time.
One-off or recurring
A single meeting on one date, or the same slot every week for a year.

Fusos doesn't book anything. It answers "when can we all meet?" and gets out of the way.
